<p>Responsibilities :</p>
<p>1. Recruitment and selection<br />
- Coordinate with employment agents on recruitment and interview schedules.<br />
- Conduct interviews up to senior executive levels.<br />
- Arranges interviews for management levels.<br />
- Prepares letter of offer to selected candidates and executive renewal contracts as well as conducting exit interview.</p>
<p>2. Training and development<br />
- Conducts orientation program to new employees<br />
- Coordinates and liaises with external consultants on employees&#8217; training needs and arranges training schedules for employees.<br />
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees.</p>
<p>3. Compensation and benefits<br />
- Attends to employees&#8217; grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary.<br />
- Provides feedback to management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.<br />
- Organizes corporate events such as company&#8217;s dinner, corporate trip, family dat etc.</p>
<p>4. HR Administration<br />

- Assists Accountant in planning and preparing annual headcount report and updating the organization chart, and other taxation services.<br />
- Reviews compensation and benefits up to junior designer level.<br />

•             Appointed as the Management Representative to ensure that the ISO 9000/14000/1800 Quality Management System is established and managed, monitored and maintained to enhance effectiveness and efficiency operation and improvement of the QMS accordingly to the International Standard.  Responsible for the division’s readiness for the ISO 9001/14000/18000 Surveillance and Triennial Audit.<br />

<p>Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the security operations, safety and emergency procedures of the Hotel/Club.</p>
<p>Operations &#8211; General<br />
Understudy and develop a security operational strategy and related action plans suitable for a hotel/club environment, to ensure that the security and safety needs are promptly attended to.</p>
<p>Provide recommendations and reports that will assist Management in decision-making and understanding the needs in the areas of security and safety.</p>
<p>Provide a safe and secure environment for guests/members, visitors and staff at the Hotel/Club, while at all times maintaining a professional image.</p>
<p>Protect the assets and interests of the Hotel/Club, its guests/members and staff, allowing the Hotel/Club to operate effectively and safely at all times.</p>
<p>Provide support to the Heads of Department with security related areas.</p>
<p>Assist the Operations &amp; Facilities Director/Manager to ensure that all Hotel/Club policy as well as legislative areas in relation to security and safety are adhered to.</p>
<p>Ensure that accurate security documentation is maintained.</p>
<p>Oversee all security issues affecting the Hotel/Club on a daily basis to the standard required as outlined in the Hotel/Club’s standard operating policies and procedures.</p>
<p>Undertake investigations dealing with any member or staff security issues, liaising with the local police and relevant departments, where relevant.</p>
<p>Undertake regular staff locker inspections with the HR</p>
<p>Department and periodic random bag searches in accordance with the Hotel/Club policies and procedures to minimise theft of Hotel/Club property.</p>
<p>Take regular security walks of the property, reporting any unusual or suspicious activity to the Management immediately.</p>
<p>Complete and keep an up-to-date record of all security issues and incidents that occur.</p>
<p>Regular review security procedures and implement any improvements that will benefit the safety and security of members, visitors and staff of the Hotel/Club.</p>
<p>Assist and advise Heads of Department with security issues, ensuring at all times that activities comply with Hotel/Club policy and current legislation.</p>
<p>Undertake all duties in a professional and friendly manner, building a conducive and cohesive relationship with members and staff.</p>
<p>Any other duties and initiatives as assigned by the Management.</p>
<p>Plan and monitor the monthly Departmental Profit &amp; Loss to ensure that costs are minimized, and to initiate measures that will create a more cost-effective operation without hampering the service experience of Members and Guests.</p>
<p>Lead and direct the daily operational process to ensure smooth running of operations, and all surrounding related work areas and facilities &#8211; ensure that there is sufficient coverage for staff to allow them breaks, without hampering the service experience of Members and Guests.</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>Qualifications<br />
Diploma preferably with good understanding in Security Management<br />
Candidates without the diploma but with relevant experiences, may also be considered</p>
<p>Experience<br />
3-5 years’ experience in security management<br />
Relevant experiences from the Singapore Police Force, Singapore Armed Forces, SCDF, Prisons departments may be considered too.<br />
Fresh Police Officers leaving the SPF may be considered too.</p>
