INTERVIEW PROCESS
OPTION 1
Candidates will go through a test which will be tabulated and later explained briefly by our consultant, for instance the behavioral group you possess.
OPTION 2

By choosing Option 2, you will be given the advantage to learn more about the traits of other behavioral groups, simply identify them as well as their strength and weaknesses. This will in turn, aid in effective communication and working relationship between individuals while tapping into each others’ strengths.
Besides that, it will also help you understand more about yourself as well as the suitability of your behavior VS your job. This will allow you to predict potential threats and obstacles, not only for your current job but also in the near future.
Most importantly, it will be an intensive one-on-one session with our certified consultant regarding a more in-depth understanding and explanation on personality traits and behaviors.
