When you arrive at Profilogy test centre, you will be briefed on the types of tests that you will be going through. With our proprietary methods and Career Evaluation Model (CEV), these two will form the scientific basis of your career analysis.
On completing, you will have an in depth discussion with one of our qualified career counselors about the tests interpretation of results. Our objective is for you to walk away with a clearer understanding and a narrowed down option of the kind of careers to look out for, so that your effort in job hunting will not be wasted. The entire process will take about an hour.
What we have researched about ineffective job hunters showed that those who do not land in their ideal job, usually settle for a job that is not suitable for them. This could be due to the lack of preparation in advance for the interview process. It would decrease their value to the prospective employer, ignoring their talents and interests that fit the criteria of whichever career.
